Tony Ihander is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 30 years of experience in the tech startup ecosystem. He is the founder of Action Ventures Europe, a Monaco-based firm offering financing advisory, accelerator services, and business coaching to early-stage companies across Europe. Additionally, he co-founded StartupGurus, a consultancy that provides strategic support to tech startups, including fundraising and executive coaching.
Throughout his career, Tony has served as CEO for 10 tech companies, four of which he founded, and has been instrumental in taking Ad Pepper Media public on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. His extensive network includes collaborations with major corporations such as Virgin, SEGA, L’Oreal, and Disney. Fluent in Finnish, English, and German, he has led businesses in 14 countries across three continents.
Tony divides his time between Finland and Monaco, leveraging his vast experience to support and mentor startups in navigating the complexities of growth and investment
